Landi Renzo and Clean Energy Fuels will combine their compressor manufacturing subsidiaries into a new standalone company, with Landi Renzo owning 51% and Clean Energy 49%. Closing is anticipated before the end of 2017, and the combined company will be headquartered in San Giovanni Persiceto, Italy.
SAFE S.p.A., part of the Landi Renzo group, finalized the acquisition of a 90% stake in Idro Meccanica S.r.l., a maker of hydraulic-driven hydrogen and RNG compressors. The remaining 10% will transfer once authorizations are obtained.
