381 Constructors

The U.S. Navy awarded a $1.7 billion contract to 381 Constructors, a joint venture of TIC (Kiewit), Cianbro, and Middlesex, to enlarge and reconfigure Dry Dock 1 at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The project will extend through 2028.
