Lopal Technology's subsidiary Linyuan (Asia Pacific) signed a long-term procurement agreement with Sunwoda to supply 106,800 tonnes of lithium iron phosphate cathode material from 2026 to 2030, with total sales value estimated at RMB 4.5-5.5 billion.

Sunwoda Electric Vehicle Battery signed an agreement to invest 20 billion yuan to build a power battery production base in Nanchang, with annual capacity of 50 GWh.
