KOITO MANUFACTURING has committed to invest $50 million in Cepton's business through a PIPE offering, following a major ADAS lidar series production award at a global automotive OEM. KOITO has established a manufacturing line for Cepton's MMT lidars, with series production expected to start in 2023.
