GAM group has acquired Carretillas Mayor S.A., a Valladolid-based rental and maintenance company specializing in handling, lifting, crane bridges, and AGV equipment. The acquisition adds over 220 professionals and 3000 pieces of equipment to GAM.

GAM announced the acquisition of the business units of Intercarretillas and Interplataformas, Yale dealers and JLG service providers in Andalusia, for an enterprise value of €5 million.
