SP Group, through its subsidiary SP Moulding, acquired Neptun Plast A/S and Atlantic Floats Denmark A/S, both in Vordingborg, Denmark, for an enterprise value of up to DKK 35 million. The companies specialize in injection moulding of technical plastics and products for the fishing industry.
