GEON Performance Solutions announced a $1.3 million expansion of its Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, site to add a production line and upgrade resources for polyolefin compound manufacturing, adding over 120 million pounds of annual capacity.

GEON Performance Solutions announced the acquisition of Polymax TPE, a specialist in thermoplastic elastomer materials. Polymax TPE has manufacturing sites in Nantong, China and Waukegan, Illinois, USA.

GEON Performance Solutions, a polymer solutions manufacturer, acquired Cary Compounds, a wire and cable compounder based in Manalapan, New Jersey. The deal was announced on June 1, 2022.

GEON Performance Solutions is adding a new wire and cable flexible line and converting an existing line to PVC compounding at its Dyersburg, Tennessee facility, adding 120 million lbs of capacity. The new line is expected to be operational by end of July 2021, and the conversion by year-end.
