Forsséns Elektriska AB

Instalco has acquired 100% of the shares in Forsséns Elektriska AB, a Swedish electrical and control engineering company based in Södertälje, with 40 employees and annual revenue of about SEK 65 million. The acquisition was completed on July 5, 2021.
