Cementos Balboa

Votorantim Cimentos, through its Spanish subsidiary Corporación Noroeste, has closed the acquisition of Cementos Balboa, which operates a cement plant in Alconera, Extremadura, Spain, with a capacity of 1.6 million tonnes of cement per year.

Votorantim Cimentos, through its Spanish subsidiary Corporación Noroeste, has entered into an agreement to fully acquire Cementos Balboa, which operates an integrated cement plant in Alconera, Spain, with 1.6Mta capacity. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
