Felbermayr Group

Austrian crane/access rental and heavy haulage company Felbermayr has acquired Dutch company Jozef Hermans Industrial Movers.

Felbermayr, a heavy transport and crane specialist, plans to return to Klagenfurt in November 2023 with a new facility, investing over €1 million. The site will include a photovoltaic system and new hires.

Felbermayr Holding GmbH plans to acquire 100% of Dorn Lift GmbH, an aerial work platform dealer and renter based in Lauterach, Austria. The acquisition is expected to close on May 1, 2023, pending regulatory approval.

Best Logistics, a Felbermayr subsidiary, completed a logistics contract for transporting heavy components for a polypropylene plant being built in Police, Poland, after about twelve months.

Felbermayr Group and Haeger & Schmidt Logistics will join PSA Antwerp in a joint venture for PSA Breakbulk NV, a terminal operator at the Port of Antwerp. The joint venture starts July 14, 2021, and will invest in equipment and organization at Churchill Dock.
