Denison Mines

Denison Mines Corp. has signed an agreement valued at up to $61.5 million to acquire stakes in several uranium claims from Skyharbour Resources Ltd., including the Russell Lake uranium project. The deal includes initial payments and earn-in options for exploration spending.

Denison Mines Corp. entered into a binding agreement to acquire 50% ownership of JCU (Canada) Exploration Company, Limited from UEX Corporation for $20.5 million in cash, following UEX's acquisition of JCU from OURD.
