Yunnan Energy New Material

SEMCORP Advanced Materials Group announced a $916 million investment to build a manufacturing facility in Sidney, Ohio, producing separator film for EV batteries and creating nearly 1,200 jobs.

Yunnan Energy New Material's subsidiary Semcorp Hungary reached a cooperation intention with ACC to supply diaphragm products worth about €655 million from 2024 to 2030.

SEMCORP Hungary Kft, a subsidiary of Yunnan Energy New Material (Enjie), signed a contract with Automotive Cells Company SE (ACC) to supply approximately €655 million worth of lithium battery separator film from 2024 to 2030.

Yunnan Hongchuang Packaging, a subsidiary of Yunnan Energy New Material (Enjie), signed an agreement to invest 2 billion yuan to build an aseptic liquid packaging project in Jintan Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu, China, through a new project company Jiangsu Hongchuang Packaging.

Shanghai Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yunnan Energy New Material (Enjie), signed a contract with Ultium Cells, LLC to supply lithium battery separators worth over $258 million from contract signing until the end of 2024.
