Distrupol, an affiliate of GPD Companies, has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire Oy Baritec AB, a Nordic distributor of plastics and plastic additives. The deal is expected to close at the end of April 2022.

Distrupol, a European distributor of thermoplastics and elastomers and an affiliate of GPD Companies, has acquired Lautrup Chemicals A/S, a leading distributor of polymers in Scandinavia. Terms were not disclosed.

Nexeo Plastics, an affiliate of GPD Companies, acquired Nevicolor S.p.A., an Italian distributor and compounder of thermoplastics, to expand its European presence and specialty polymer offerings. Terms were not disclosed.
