Hanwha Systems to acquire 9.1% stake in Kymeta
Hanwha Systems will complete the acquisition of a 9.1% stake in U.S. satellite antenna maker Kymeta for 33.2 billion won on May 28, 2021. The deal includes exclusive distribution rights for Kymeta products in South Korea and joint development of next-generation electronic satellite communication antennas.
