Dongfang Shenghong

Dongfang Shenghong's subsidiary Sierbang started up an 800-ton/year POE (polyolefin elastomer) pilot plant on September 27, 2022, achieving fully independent POE catalyst and production technology. The plant successfully produced qualified products.

Hongwei Chemical, a subsidiary of Dongfang Shenghong, will invest 6.034 billion yuan to build a POSM and polyol project with a 3-year construction period, including 50.8 kt/year ethylbenzene, 20/45 kt/year PO/SM, and polyether polyol units.

Dongfang Shenghong (东方盛虹) signed an agreement to acquire 100% equity of Sierbang (斯尔邦) from Shenghong Petrochemical and others, using a combination of share issuance and cash payment.
