Trident Systems Incorporated

Trident Systems, a LightRidge Solutions Company, is investing $3.7 million to expand capacity at its Fairfax County, Virginia facility for production of space electronic systems. The project will create approximately 50 new jobs.

LightRidge Solutions, a portfolio company of ATL Partners, acquired Trident Systems, a provider of space electronics and C4ISR solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Owl Cyber Defense Solutions, LLC acquired the Trident Assured Collaboration Systems product line of Trident Systems Incorporated on January 5, 2021. Terms were not disclosed.
