FIH Mobile (Foxconn) and Stellantis announced a joint venture, Mobile Drive, equally owned, to develop smart cockpit and infotainment solutions for vehicles. The agreement was announced on August 24, 2021, following an MOU signed on May 18, 2021.

Stellantis and Hon Hai Precision Industry (Foxconn) via its subsidiary FIH Mobile have formed a joint venture named Mobile Drive, focused on developing infotainment, telematics, and smart cockpit solutions. The joint venture is equally owned and was announced on August 24, 2021, following an MOU signed on May 18, 2021.

Stellantis and Foxconn signed a non-binding MOU to form Mobile Drive, a 50/50 joint venture to develop advanced in-car digital cockpits and connected services. The JV will combine Stellantis' vehicle design with Foxconn's consumer electronics expertise.
