Neeltran

AMSC acquired Neeltran, a Connecticut-based supplier of rectifiers and transformers to industrial customers, for $4.5 million in cash, $4.3 million in restricted stock, and $7.6 million in debt repayment. The deal expands AMSC's grid business offerings in the industrial sector.
