Ascend Performance Materials and PolySource have entered into a North American distribution agreement for Ascend's full portfolio of engineered nylons, including Vydyne, Starflam, HiDura, and ReDefyne.

Delrin has entered into a distribution agreement with PolySource, making PolySource a fully authorized distributor of Delrin's homopolymer polyacetal portfolio in North America, focusing on application development and engineering for industrial and consumer end markets.

Epsilyte Holdings LLC, a provider of expandable polystyrene, has acquired Polysource Inc., a producer of compounded EPS and molded products for building insulation and safety equipment. The acquisition creates a new Compounded EPS business unit.
