Cangini Benne

Kinshofer GmbH signed a definite agreement to acquire a majority shareholding of Cangini Benne Srl, an Italian manufacturer of attachments for excavators and front loaders.

Kinshofer, a manufacturer of attachments for cranes and excavators, acquired a majority stake in Cangini, an Italian family-owned maker of attachments for excavators and front loaders. The deal enhances Kinshofer's product range and manufacturing presence in Italy.

Swedish investment group Lifco AB has acquired Cangini Benne, an Italian manufacturer of attachments for earthmoving machinery based in Sarsina. The acquisition was announced on April 13, 2021.
