Sunbelt Rentals acquired Comrent International, a U.S.-based power-testing infrastructure provider specializing in load bank solutions, from Global Environment Fund. The deal broadens both companies' product portfolios and market reach.

Doosan Bobcat unveiled the world's first all-electric compact track loader, the Bobcat T7X, at CES 2022. Sunbelt Rentals committed to purchasing a large national fleet of Bobcat all-electric machines.

Sunbelt Rentals acquired Illinois Truck & Equipment (Morris, Illinois) and Toolshed Rentals (Escondido, California). The transactions closed in December 2021.

JCB secured its biggest ever UK order worth £65 million from Sunbelt Rentals for 2,100 machines, including Loadall telescopic handlers, excavators, site dumpers, and access platforms. The machines are being delivered from JCB's Staffordshire factories.
