Dorf Ketal Chemicals India Pvt Ltd

Dorf-Ketal Chemicals India has successfully acquired the Water Treatment Business of Vasu Chemicals LLP, marking its entry into the industrial water treatment sector in India.

Dorf Ketal Chemicals India has acquired Texas-based Impact Fluid Solutions, a provider of downhole fluid additives for industrial drilling, which had a turnover of $60 million in 2023. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.

Dorf Ketal Chemicals India Private Limited, through its subsidiary Dorf Ketal FZE, acquired Fluid Energy Group's global Modified and Synthetic acid business including the Triton industrial business. The business had a turnover of approximately CAD 80 million in 2022.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) partnered with Dorf Ketal Chemicals India Pvt Ltd to manufacture IOCL's patented Drag Reducing Agents (DRA) at Dorf Ketal's manufacturing unit in Dahej, Gujarat.
