GMM Pfaudler Group

GMM Pfaudler Ltd has acquired the Industrial Mixing Solutions Division of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd, Pune, to enhance its industrial mixing business vertical.

GMM Pfaudler Group held a groundbreaking ceremony on March 21, 2019, for a new glass-lined and process equipment manufacturing plant in the Jiangsu Li Yang Economic Development Zone, China. The investment is $50 million, and the facility is expected to generate annual sales of approximately 400 million yuan.

GMM Pfaudler Group signed an investment project with Jiangsu Liyang Economic Development Zone on 26 November 2018 to build a 20,000-square-metre factory and 3,000-square-metre office on 43,000 square metres of land in Liyang, China, for manufacturing glass-lined process equipment.
