Synopsys signed a definitive agreement to acquire the semiconductor and flat panel display solutions from BISTel, a leader in AI applications for semiconductor smart manufacturing. The acquisition is expected to close in Synopsys' fiscal Q4 2021.

BISTel has signed a company-wide, multi-product, multi-site enterprise agreement with a leading provider of radio-frequency semiconductor devices to deploy its AI-based manufacturing solutions.
