Vebro Polymers Group

Vebro Polymers UK announced on December 13, 2024, that it is moving to a new, larger hybrid manufacturing and office facility at Argyle House in Wilmslow, UK. The new site will boost output by nearly 200% and create several new jobs.

Thermax Chemical Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Thermax, entered into a shareholders agreement with Vebro Polymers Holdings to incorporate a new company for flooring chemical business. TCSPL will hold 50.1% and Vebro 49.9%.

Vebro Polymers and Freedom Chemical Corporation announced an exclusive partnership to produce and promote Vebro's polymer flooring portfolio in the US market, supplied from Freedom's facility in Foothill Ranch, California.

Vebro Polymers Group has completed the acquisition of PR Epoxy Systems Ltd, a UK-based formulator and manufacturer of epoxy resin-based flooring, grouts, adhesives and intermediates, for an undisclosed sum.
