AkzoNobel completes acquisition of Titan Paints decorative paints business in Spain
AkzoNobel has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the decorative paints business of Industrias Titan S.A.U. (Titan Paints) in Spain, including three production plants and seven logistics centers. The business generated approximately €80 million in revenue.
