Yokohama Rubber will acquire 100% of Trelleborg Wheel Systems Holding AB from Trelleborg AB for an enterprise value of over €2 billion. TWS manufactures off-highway tyres for agricultural and industrial machinery. Completion expected in H2 2022.

Yokohama Rubber Co announced an additional $171 million investment into its upcoming off-highway tyre plant at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, nearly doubling daily capacity from 137 to 257 tonnes.
