McFarlane Aviation has acquired PMA Products, a company that produces FAA-PMA approved parts for general aviation aircraft.

McFarlane Aviation acquired the designs, patents, and manufacturing rights of QMI, Inc., known for repair solutions for Cessna aircraft. The acquisition was announced on October 5, 2021.

Douglas County Commission approved a site plan for McFarlane Aviation to build a new 22,000-square-foot building on 40 acres near Vinland, Kansas, expanding its airplane parts manufacturing facility.

McFarlane Aviation has filed plans to build a 22,000-square-foot building at its airport property in Vinland, Kansas, adding storage and manufacturing space. The company expects to grow to over 200 employees.
