Hongyuan New Materials (Baotou)

Hongyuan New Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shangji Numerical Control Co., Ltd., signed a contract with Jiangsu Longheng New Energy Co., Ltd. on October 8, 2021 to supply 670 million monocrystalline silicon wafers from October 2021 to September 2024, with an estimated total value of 3.93 billion yuan (including tax).

Autowell Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Hongyuan New Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd. to supply silicon wafer sorting equipment, with a contract value of CNY 84.78 million (including tax).

Shanghai Shangji Numerical Control (603185.SH) plans to invest about 3.5 billion yuan through its subsidiary Hongyuan New Materials (Baotou) to build a 10 GW annual monocrystalline silicon pulling and supporting production project in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. The project is expected to reach production by 2022.
