SUSS MicroTec celebrated the opening of its new production site in Zhubei, Taiwan, with an investment of around €15 million. The site has a total indoor area of about 18,000 square meters and can double cleanroom production capacity in Taiwan to 6,300 square meters. First tools will be delivered in early 2026.

SUSS MicroTec signed a long-term lease agreement for a new production site in Zhubei, Hsinchu County, Taiwan, with a usable area of 18,000 square meters, including approximately 6,300 square meters of clean room manufacturing space. The new site will double production capacity and support growth in the Asia/Pacific region.

SUSS MicroTec announced it will resume production of UV projection scanners at its new facility in HsinChu, Taiwan, with first deliveries expected later in 2021.
