Enwave Energy Corporation

LSU Board of Supervisors approved a 30-year energy services contract with LA Energy Partners (a JV of ENFRA and Johnson Controls) and Enwave Energy. The deal includes $90 million in initial modernization and addresses $22 million in deferred maintenance annually.

IFM Investors and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board jointly acquired a 100% interest in the Canadian district energy operations of Enwave Energy Corporation from Brookfield Infrastructure for C$2.8 billion enterprise value. Each will own 50%.
