Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V. acquired 100% of SAS Autosystemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG from Faurecia S.E. for an enterprise value of €540 million, completed on July 31, 2023.

Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group (SMRPBV) has agreed to acquire SAS Autosystemtechnik GmbH from Faurecia for an enterprise value of €540 million. The deal is expected to close by Q2 FY24.

Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group BV will acquire 100% of the mirror business of Ichikoh Industries, a Valeo subsidiary, for an enterprise value of JPY 5.2 billion.

Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group BV (SMRPBV), through its joint venture SMR NBHX, has closed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Nanchang JMCG Mekra Lang Vehicle Mirror, a Chinese manufacturer of automotive mirrors. The deal was announced in October 2021 and closed in November 2021.
