Pon Holdings intends to take over Parcom Capital's majority share in RH Marine Group, becoming 100% owner. RH Marine Group includes Radio Holland Group, VBH and Aerius Marine, serving the maritime sector.

MGG Group B.V., a specialist in high-precision aluminum sand casting, acquired Eurotech Group B.V., which has sites in the Netherlands, Czech Republic and Germany. The acquisition strengthens MGG's position in the European aluminum casting market.

Parcom Capital acquired a majority stake in MGG Group, a Dutch manufacturer of advanced aluminium sand-castings and sub-assemblies. MGG Group generates annual revenues of approximately €100 million.
