Dinglong Co., Ltd. announced plans to acquire a 19% stake in Hubei Dinghui Microelectronics Co., Ltd. for 475 million yuan.

Dinglong plans to build the Dinglong Qianjiang Optoelectronic Semiconductor Materials Industrial Park in Qianjiang, Hubei, including a CMP polishing pad project (Phase 3, 500,000 units/year) and a 10,000-ton/year cleaning solution project. The polishing pad project has an investment of 167 million yuan, and the cleaning solution project has an initial investment of 200 million yuan.
