Finnish companies EL & Site Oy and TSR Group Oy merged, with operations combined under the common name TSR | ELSITE as of January 18, 2021. The parent company is Legatus Oy.

Aurubis and TSR are merging their cable recycling activities into a new company, with TSR owning 60% and Aurubis 40%. The new firm will unite TSR's site in Gelsenkirchen and Aurubis' plant in Fehrbellin.
