Archrock

As part of the Elite deal, Archrock will sell about 80,000 active and idle compression horsepower to Harvest Midstream for $30 million in cash.

Archrock agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Elite Compression Services, including about 430,000 horsepower of mostly large-horsepower compression units, for $410 million in cash and newly issued shares.
