Rosa, a new packaging printing company, will open a highly automated plant in Germany by the end of 2021, dedicated to frozen pizza boxes. The press fleet, exceeding one million euros, will be supplied by manroland Goss.

manroland Goss Group acquired the Thallo web-offset packaging business from Contiweb B.V., including all intellectual property rights. The acquisition complements manroland Goss's product portfolio for the web-offset packaging market.

manroland Goss has been awarded a contract to build a fully automated VARIOMAN c:line packaging printing press for a new company (project name ROSA) in Germany. The press, valued in the seven-digit range, will produce frozen food packaging and is expected to be ready by end of 2021.
