Tivaco

LyondellBasell Industries and Suez jointly purchased plastics recycling firm Tivaco, which will be folded into their joint venture Quality Circular Polymers (QCP). The acquisition adds capacity, boosting QCP's total to 55,000 metric tons per year.

LyondellBasell and Sasol closed their 50/50 joint venture in Lake Charles, Louisiana, including a 1.5 MM ton ethane cracker and polyethylene plants. LyondellBasell will operate the assets and market the products.
