Eqva signs LOI to combine BKS and LOS Group companies
Eqva ASA signed a letter of intent to combine its subsidiary BKS with LOS Group's companies (LOS Elektro, LOS Eiendom Bergen, LOS Cable Solutions, Zinus) into a new subsidiary. Eqva will own 61% and LOS Group owners 39% of the combined entity with an EV of approximately NOK 620 million.

Hitachi ABB Power Grids and LOS Cable Solutions AS have been selected by Lyse Elnett AS to deliver ELMEK equipment for the new Tronsholen transformer station in Norway. The contract includes a 145 kV GIS system, control systems, and 15,000 m of 145 kV cables.
