Hanover Partners and Centerfield Capital Partners purchased Ska Fabricating, a manufacturer of packaging machinery for beverage canning lines, headquartered in Durango, Colorado. The founders retain ownership and management roles.

Temp-Con, a commercial HVAC and refrigeration provider, has acquired Hamilton Service Company, a commercial refrigeration company in Lincoln, Nebraska. The acquisition closed on October 9, 2020, expanding Temp-Con's service area into Nebraska.
