Amber Enterprises

Amber Enterprises, through its subsidiary IL JIN Electronics, has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase a majority stake in Pune-based PCB manufacturer Shogini Technoarts. Financial details were not disclosed.

Amber Enterprises has signed an agreement to acquire a 50% stake in Resojet Pvt Ltd, forming a joint venture with LCGC Resolute Appliances to manufacture washing machines and components.

Amber Enterprises is creating two greenfield facilities near Pune and in South India, funded by a Rs 400 crore QIP. The plants will manufacture air conditioning components and finished goods.
