Zhejiang Zhongli Machinery Co., Ltd.

Zhejiang Zhongli Machinery (Zhongli Power) and Jungheinrich AG signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on May 2, 2025, to collaborate on OEM production of forklifts and warehouse handling equipment under the new brand 'AntOn by Jungheinrich'.

Zhongli Electric Forklift (Laohekou) Production Base, invested by Zhejiang Zhongli Machinery Co., Ltd., is located in Laohekou High-tech Industrial Park. Phase I started in February 2022 and was completed in February 2023. Phase II started in July 2024, adding casting, machining, painting and remanufacturing projects. Total investment is 1.17 billion yuan.

Zhongli Power (Zhejiang Zhongli Machinery Co., Ltd.) held a ceremony for the completion of Phase I and start of Phase II of its Hubei production base in Laohekou, Xiangyang, Hubei. The first electric forklift rolled off the line. Total investment is 600 million yuan, with Phase I including an annual production line for 40,000 electric forklifts.

Zhongli Machinery (EP Equipment) held a groundbreaking ceremony for its Zhongli Intelligent Industrial Park in Anji, Zhejiang Province. The project involves a total investment of 12 billion yuan, covering 321 mu (about 214,000 sqm) of land, with a planned building area of 327,806 sqm. The facility will produce 300,000 electric forklifts, tractors, pallet trucks, stackers and other electric warehouse handling vehicles annually, along with 1 million sets of mechanical parts.
