MELconnx Consortium awarded $700M contract for METRONET Morley-Ellenbrook Line
The $700 million main construction contract for the METRONET Morley-Ellenbrook Line in Perth was awarded to the MELconnx Consortium (Laing O'Rourke Australia Construction). The 21km rail line will create over 6,500 local jobs and is expected to be completed in 2023-24.
