IMCD completes acquisition of 70% stake in Signet Excipients Private Limited
IMCD N.V. has completed the acquisition of 70% of Indian speciality chemicals distributor Signet Excipients Private Limited, effective November 4, 2020. The remaining 30% shares will follow by 2024. Signet, based in Mumbai, generated revenue of INR 13.2 billion (ca. EUR 152 million) in the last twelve months.

IMCD N.V. signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Signet Excipients Private Limited, a distributor of pharmaceutical excipients in India, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction will occur in two tranches: 70% now and 30% by 2024.
