Magna confirmed a collaboration with Fisker to develop a full Advanced Driver Assistance System for the Fisker Ocean SUV, expected to launch in late 2022. The contract includes first-to-market digital imaging radar technology co-developed with Uhnder.

Fisker designed and supplied packaging equipment for Crispy Food's new Ota Solgryn production plant in Nakskov, Denmark, including a vertical carton filling machine, check weigher, metal detector, wrap-around machine, and labelling unit.

Fisker Inc. announced a strategic cooperation with Magna International for platform sharing and manufacturing of the Fisker Ocean SUV, with production planned at Magna's European facility starting Q4 2022.

Fisker will merge with Spartan Energy Acquisition Corp to list on the NYSE, providing over $1 billion in gross proceeds to fund the Fisker Ocean electric vehicle through start of production in 2022.
