CG Power Belgium

Saudi Electrical Industries announced its board decided to enter negotiations with the judicial liquidator in Belgium to purchase assets of CG Power Belgium (in liquidation), including machinery, equipment, inventory, design software, and intellectual property rights. It also plans to establish a limited liability company in Belgium to transfer the assets if the deal is completed.
