Optec

Lasea Group, a Belgian precision laser machine manufacturer, purchased a majority share of Optec, a Belgian and U.S.-based laser micromachining company specializing in UV and ultrashort-pulse lasers. The merger creates a combined entity with over 110 employees across four countries and more than 1,000 systems installed globally.
