Guzman Polymers

The Hromatka Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Guzman Polymers SL, a polymer distributor based in Valencia, Spain. The deal includes Guzman Polymers' subsidiaries in Spain, Italy and Turkey, and its 50% stake in a Portuguese joint venture.

Guzman Global sold a majority stake in its subsidiary Guzman Polymers to Austria's Hromatka Group. The deal includes international subsidiaries and a 50% joint venture in Portugal.

Hromatka Group has reached an agreement to take a majority stake in Guzman Polymers, a distributor and commercializer of polymers. The deal was set in 2019 and accelerated by the Covid pandemic.
