Arkema, parent company of Bostik, announced the proposed acquisition of Fixatti, a specialist in high-performance thermobonding adhesive powders. The acquisition is expected to close in Q4 2020, subject to antitrust approval.

Arkema has completed the sale of its Functional Polyolefins business to SK Global Chemical. The business had sales of about €250 million/year and 130 employees.
