Avient Corp. will complete an expansion of its colour concentrates plant in Binh Duong, Vietnam in February 2021, increasing production space by over 30%.

PolyOne Corp. has completed the acquisition of Clariant's color masterbatches business (including Clariant Chemicals India) for a net purchase price of $1.44 billion, and simultaneously renamed the company to Avient.
